I am located in Sydney, Australia and ship worldwide using Australia Post.

All Scrunchies and hair bows are ready made unless otherwise stated. My processing time is 1-4 Business days. Sometimes due to order demand or holidays it may be changed to 1-2 weeks.

. The Envelope shipping - tracking are not available .

. Plese purchase Standard or Express for Tracked Post.

. Delays may occur due to weather or covid etc.

. International Delivery all Tracked

LOCATION :

UK/UE Unfortunately UK customers must purchase through my Etsy store. Etsy collects Vat charged on our behalf which i cant through the yuvikamadewithlove website.

Plese contact yuvikamadewithlove@gmail.com or instagram to arrange a  custom order through Etsy, ( our Etsy store has smaller range of our collection available ) 

* Plese allow 2-3 months for international shipping. but do contact me after 6 weeks so i can follow up and get the parcel moving. It is out of my control but i will try my best to help.

* Unfortunately , I don't offer returns but if you have any issue or concerns with your order please contact me. 

* If you believe you may have received a faulty item or the item has broken please contact me for a resolution.
